we went to vaquero's the other night and found it closed. in the five minutes we sat in the parking lot, at least a 6 other cars drove up and then left disappointed. we soon spotted this sign:
oh, kichen remodelation. i get it.

Hilarious. My favorite sign around here is "The bloomin things are ready" in front of a green house Also "The bloomin things are gone".

Dublin Village Center? Remodelation is a great word.
A little scary that a very similar "kitchen remodalation" was in process several times at China Wok (now Oodles of Noodles @ Buttles & Neil) before it was closed down by the health department.
